By accessing or using Axiom Academy ("the Service"), operated by Meta Paradox LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enter into these Terms on your own behalf. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf. Users under 13 must have a parent or guardian create and manage the account.
Axiom Academy provides an online platform offering educational content, interactive lessons, and other learning resources. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, introduce, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature, subject area, course, or portion of the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer optional paid tiers, premium content, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Any paid offerings will be subject to the terms in Section 10.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:
By creating an account, you consent to receive email communications from us, including welcome messages, account notifications, updates, announcements, promotional content, and educational material related to the Service. You may unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message. Transactional emails (such as password resets, verification, security alerts, and support replies) are necessary for the Service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
You agree not to:
All content on the Service — including courses, lessons, videos, text, graphics, images, interactive modules, code, design, logos, trademarks, and software — is owned by Meta Paradox LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational use, subject to these Terms. This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms.
If you post or submit any content (including comments, forum posts, feedback, suggestions, questions, inputs to interactive features, or other material), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such content in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose, including operating, improving, and developing the Service. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right.
We may remove, modify, or refuse any user-generated content at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
AI-assisted tools may be used in the development and production of content on the Service. We may offer AI-assisted features (such as an AI tutor, hint generator, or Q&A assistant) as the Service evolves. Any AI-generated response may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied on in place of verified sources — always verify critical information independently. Use of any such features is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Not a Substitute for Formal Education. The Service is a supplementary educational resource. It is not a substitute for formal education, academic coursework, or professional instruction. We do not grant academic credit, degrees, certifications, or professional credentials. Our content may not align with any particular curriculum. We do not guarantee any specific academic outcomes, test scores, grades, or results.
No Professional Advice. Content on the Service is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, medical, legal, or career advice.
The Service is currently offered free of charge. This section establishes the framework for any future paid offerings.
If and when paid subscriptions, tiers, or one-time purchases become available:
No paid tiers are currently offered. If paid tiers are introduced, the following will apply except as otherwise stated at the point of purchase:
All payments are non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law. Refund requests required by applicable law may be directed to the email in Section 18.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the email in Section 18 including:
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL META PARADOX LLC, AXIOM ACADEMY, OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meta Paradox LLC, Axiom Academy, and our officers, members, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any content you submit to the Service. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (User-Generated Content), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), and 17 (Dispute Resolution) — will survive.
Informal resolution. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at brian@theaxiomacademy.org and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Class-action waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim is permanently barred.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when they were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at our discretion without notice.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, power or network failures, or failures of third-party providers.
